Rainha da Pérsia
We were invited by the team at Record TV to design a custom typeface for the telenovela Rainha da Pérsia, a major production that called for a font with strong presence and personality. Used across all promotional materials as well as in the opening and closing credits, the typeface needed to ensure consistency and impact across various platforms. We created a low-contrast typeface, built with a small caps structure and ornamental swashed initials inspired by the calligraphy of ancient texts. Asymmetrical flare serifs enhance the drama of the narrative and complete the epic tone of the production.
